Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is in new, unopened, and resellable condition.
Non-returnable items
- Opened trading card products
- Mystery items (e.g., blind boxes, mystery packs)
- Digital items or codes
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
