Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. During busy periods or new product releases, processing may take an extra day.

Shipping Methods
We ship using Royal Mail and other trusted couriers depending on item size and value.
Tracking will be provided for tracked services.

• UK Tracked: 1–3 working days
• International: 5–14 working days (varies by location)

Packaging
All items are packed securely. Trading cards are shipped in protective packaging to prevent damage.

Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item, it will be dispatched on or shortly after the official release date. Orders containing multiple items will ship when all items become available unless otherwise arranged.
